HEALTH SUTRA RECIPES

Ingredients: 1. Health Sutra Jowar/Yellow Jowar/Millets Rawa - 1 cup 2. Vegetables - Carrot (Grated) 3. Green Chilli - 2 4. Onions - 1 (Small) 5. Peanut – 1 Table spoon 6. Curry Leaves, Coriander - 2 Shoots 7. Salt – As per taste 8. Oil - 2 spoons Directions: Heat 2 spoons of oil in cooking pan. Add peanuts, onions, grated carrot, green chilli, curry leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 cup Health Sutra Millet/Jowar rawa and roast for 1 more minute. Add salt to taste and add 2 cups of water. Boil on low flame for 15 minutes. Sprinkle little coriander and get it off the flame. Healthy upma with high fibre millet rawa is ready!
Ingredients: 1. Health Sutra Jowar/Yellow Jowar/Millets Rawa – 1 cup 2. Moong dal - ¼ cup 3. Cumin - ½ spoon 4. Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon, 5. Ginger (small pieces) - 1 tea spoon 6. Curry leaves - 5 7. Ghee or Oil - 1 to 2 spoons 8. Salt - As per taste Directions: Wash the moong dal and soak in water for half hour. Heat 2 spoons of ghee/oil in cooking pan and add cumin, black pepper powder, ginger, curry leaves and fry. Add 2 cups of water and get it to boil. Now add Health Sutra millet/jowar rawa, salt to taste and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes. Now add the soaked moong dal and cook it on low flame until the water is absorbed. Garnish with cashew nuts and serve hot. (Notice: We can also add boiled vegetables such as carrot, capsicum and green peas. For more spice we can add green chilli)
