Are Health Sutra products organic?

No. Our products are not organic but they made from completely natural ingredients. Our products are made from millets and they don't require any pesticides and very little fertilisers to grow. When Health Sutra's pack says ‘100% Natural” it means that each of the ingredients in that product is sourced from natural origins.

Millets are a group of highly variable small-seeded grasses, widely grown around the world as cereal crops or grains for fodder and human food. Millets are important crops in the semiarid tropics of Asia and Africa (especially in India, Mali, Nigeria, and Niger), with 97% of millet production in developing countries. The crop is favoured due to its productivity and short growing season under dry, high-temperature conditions.

Millets is a crop originated in India while oat has been introduced in India much later. While millets and oats are both healthy but Millets trump over oats in case of Calcium content (Ragi has close to 5.5 times calcium than Oats), and Pearl Millet (Bajra) has more than 3 times Iron content than Oats.
